It seems from reading my book that Percula are captive bread and Ocellaris are not. But i'm not sure, I will type you what it reads from my book here goes.
"First of all, buy tank bred (captive bred) stock if possible. So called Percula clowns (usually Amphiprion Ocellaris), clarks clowns and a growing list of others are being produced in commercial numbers"
From reading this small paragraph I understand it to mean the two clowns you mentioned are actually the same fish but one is captive bred (Percula) and the other not. It also goes on to say that putting them with an anemone is not wise. It says most anemones die off, and unless you have intense lighting and a sure grasp of water management you will probably fail. Saying that I have seen this in allot of aquarium shops and they all seem to be doing well, however how long have they been in the shops? |

They will breed without the host anenomes as well if you cannot supply enough lighting. |
