i am having a real problem keeping my temperature down, the lights heat up the tank and when there off it doesnt cool down quick enough so the temperature keeps goin up and up. i left the lights off for a few days only switcjin them on for a hour or 2 and the temp remained stable i dont really want to fork out for a chiller what else could i do?

hi just get yourself a small fan to blow the heat out simple as that works for me

i hsd the same problem and tried fans but in the end bouhgt a chiller i know its expensive but better than losing stock

As long as you don't have anything that can jump/climb out, we found just leaving the top off the tank for the afternoon kept the temperature stable.

I had a problem with temp until i FITTED my arcadia T5's. The hea use to build up under the lid. Now its gone it ok.
