10-03-2006 20:41 by luke	hi this is the proposed layout for my tank in between the rocks are spraybars but i was wondering whether to use pipework or rubber tubing to get to them, from my cannister filters, if i was to use the pipework how would i connect the tubing from the cannisters to the pipework in the tank or should i just use the rubber tubing to go straight to the sparybars?

12-03-2006 23:28 by jamesk	is this live rock you are going to use if so junk filters dont need them if you want you can use one for carbon rowphos etc if you do not have a sump what size of tank is this this will determine what is best [flow wise]

12-03-2006 23:34 by jamesk	excellent your on the right road more than enough flow think thats you sorted was thinking of getting couple seio pumps as well have you tried them out are they any good they are supposed to be good wanted to find out if they do what they say on box
12-03-2006 23:38 by jamesk	as for connections and tubing cant see problem using either of your ideas just make sure there is enough current around bottom of rock so as to stop build up of waste that might get trapped in any dead spots
