DO U THINK CONVICTS HAVE WORST REPUTATION OF ALL FISH? AND ARE AS BAD AS PEOPLE MAKE THEM OUT TO BE? I HAVE 1 MALE FULLY GROWN IN WITH MY PARROT AND 2 LARGE SEVERUMS AND A SMALL ONE. AND HE IS GETTING BULLIED BY ALL THE OTHER FISH IN THE TANK! |

amazing the rep they have, but they can be f******, i love them but they i can see how they would drive you nuts, they ruin your plants, dig up your tank and can be such barstards to other fish. But they are my favourite fish, closest thing to a "pet" in terms of fish as far as i am concerned (but please bear in mind people the biggest fish i have ever had is a 16" pleco, so havent really kept BIG fish before) |

gave it away for free in the end, was hard to keep it, didnt have enough tank space (remember i inherited the pleco from a tnak i got which was also too small for it). |

they might interfere with my plant life, plus they are hard to breed, i dont keep any fish i cant breed |

NO THEY EAT THE ALGEY OF THE PLANTS AND THEY LOOK NICE GOLDEN FORM AND MANY OTHER COLOURS TO CHOSE FROM MATE! |
