How deep is the 180 can you give exact dimensions. Also what lights does it already have.

I would suggest the addition of an arcadia I bar T5 lighting system would do the job as well as the light fitting that is already there that will enable you to keep softies polyps and hard corals that aren't dependant on high light levels.

Hi, I have arcadia T5's on my tank, 2 whites and 2 blues, soft corals at the mo. My tank is 24" deep but I have placed the corals on the top part section of the rocks about 8-12" down and they are growing very well indeed. Bearing in mind my corals came with the rock I bought second hand and were shipped in the back of my car on an almost 2hour journey, I gave them no hope but as I was buying the rock intially I was not to concerened about the coral as such, as they came free. But they survived and they are doing really well! what a bonus. I have discovered though through my own small amount of experience and observation that I put the blue lights on for 7 hours and the whites for 5 and the hole system seems to be much more improved. However I'm not experienced enough yet to say if this is still to much on time or not enough, its just instinct for me at the mo and allot of studying the tank enviroment.

Willuk a 12 hour photo period would be better.

Martin take a look at this link look under accessories and lighting they sell a unit that is ideal for retro fitting juwels.
