hi does a clean up crew affect bio load on aquarium also how much would i need crew wise for a 70gal tank which is inclucing the sump volume too cheers

if it was mine i would put in around 30 turbos and 20 hermits and a few shrimps but dont forget to feed the hermits or they will start useing the snails as food !and new homes

ther a guy who emails me sometime will pass on his details he is off ebay and has specials on now and again you can feed the hermits seaweed i feed mine on julian sprungs and they just graze the rest of the live rock

Incidentally I consider clean up crew to ineffect be bioload neutral as they feed on the waste in the tank if anything I think they increase the bio capacity of a tank.
