my tank is a4x2x2 with 30gal sump with miracle mud and Caulerpa i have not done a water change in 8 weeks and water is fine no3 is at 2.5 so is there any point in doing water changes all corsls look good i have sps and soft corals

Check alkalinity and calcium levels also consider that some minerals will become depleted watch magnesium to.

The only reason I do water changes is to boost depleted minerals unfortunately it is impossible to test for most of them using your average test kit.
