06-05-2006 17:10 by telboy	sorry i know this isnt strictly fish related but is anyone else having trouble using the chatroom? i type a message/hit enter/and nothing happens/i then have to refresh page/this happens everytime/it used to be instant/i dont have the same problem on the forum pages thats ok

06-05-2006 17:23 by paul stevens	Good afternoon. Ed you dont need it now mate just get bioactive tapsafe, instantly makes tapwater safe for fish, adds aloe vera and beneficial bacteria. Its good stuff all you have to waite for is the temp. I have used this on 2 of my tanks and ive have used them the same day no probs.

06-05-2006 20:01 by telboy	the thing is all was fine upto last night/ type message hit send message appeared/today type message/hit send/nothing happens/have to refresh/same goes for other incoming messages ie lexter types summat/it doesnt show at my end till i hit refresh!

07-05-2006 22:04 by webmaster	maybe there was an AOL update (they can update invisibly while you are browsing) and there is something in the update that does not like the scripting in the chat room. can i suggest that you download the firefox browser: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
07-05-2006 22:58 by webmaster	try the pop up window (top right of page) and see if that works. some browsers dont like iframes - which the right-side chat room uses. the popup window has the same database. so if you use it there, your comments appear in the other one. it is the same chatroom but in a different format.
