You can't grow them in the same water that you've hatched them in, it's full of bacteria's, hence the cloudy water.
Also the high #'s which you can hatch them at, have to be diluted vastly to attain growth.
BTW what are you going to feed them on? BS are PARTICAL feeders, they do not "eat" items which are soluble.

As you are a novice in this dept, I would suggest that you have no more than 3,000-5,000 nauplii (baby shrimp)per 1lt water. As we don't know what qty of eggs you started with it's guesswork here on in.
Try a small system like this using pop bottles, this way you can have a few hundred shrimps daily.
If you'd started with "regular" eggs, roughly speaking a teaspoon's worth is approx 5gm. Dependant on quality (grade) of eggs, you can normally expect approx 250,000 nauplii per gram.
ie 1gms worth = 50lt culture water.
Better that you throw a FEW into a pop bottle & treat them as the sea monkeys that they are, & experiment of surviving a few. When you perfected growing a few then you can try an aquariums worth. However you need to consider the following.
Water+salts+eggs+food+heat+water exchanges+electricity. Price this little lot up before you get carried away with growing them.

Great tips on the BrS culture. Do you culture any other foods - impressive bank of soda bottles |

Well you've got to dilute the Whiskey with something
Rotifers, Daphnia, Cyclops, Nematoeds, Ciliates, But these are strictly for in-house work.
Now this pic is impressive!!!!
