09-05-2006 22:35 by RobY	Can anyone help please? I have kept freshwater fish for some time but recently purchased a fully mature saltwater tank with a number of corals. I have an umbrella coral (I think) that appears to be developing white marks on it and I have a torch coral that is loosing its polyps. A recent test of water at the shop proved that my nitrate and phosphate were high so have introduced phos remover through skimmer compartment and have done 5% water changes daily for 3 weeks as advised. Any advice on the coral front as I would rather not loose them if I can avoid.

09-05-2006 22:42 by RobY	It originally had t5 luminaire over tank with two blue and two white (which had not been changed for over 2 years. However, again under advice I have purchased a t5 'i' bar to fit the juwel 260 with two white inside.
10-05-2006 13:19 by Ed	You can shock the corals with the change of light intensity.I would say after 2 years the difference between old lights and new t5 has done this.
