The best for water movement are seio or tunze stream pumps positioned well away from rock work to avoid things getting sucked in. If using powerheads close to rock work they should have a sponge over the intake.

I use a eden 228 power head and a tunze 6060..... the tunze rocks!!!

The seio pumps are really good, much easier to get hold of than tunze and much cheaper! (& i sell them lol)
