can anyone tell me if you can keep your fish in the waste water from your reverse osmosis cheers steve.

no i very much doubt it.... the waste is all the TDS removed from your nice clean water from the unit....if you have an RO unit why use the waste water?

Hello steve what you can do is mix ro water with waste water from the ro but i would run it through a heavy metal filter first but is up to you. i am not sure if you can just keep them in waste ro water but i would of thought it depends on the parameters of your demestic tap water

U CAN USE THE WASTE WATER IF U HAVE A POND.I DO AND THE WATER AND FISH ARE VERY HEALTHY.

best thing to do with waste water is use it for watering house plants, its full of nitrates and dissolved minerals. Not suitable for keeping discus in at all, you will probably kill them
