Hi, recently bought him a few weeks ago at 2". He is constantly looking for food and feeding, now 3.5" and will bite me if not well fed before I put my hand in tank, is this normal growth / behavior as he can draw blood. He has only tried it on with me so far and a few hermits?

fed morning on mysis, midday on flake and evening on bloodworm, have to feed with turkey baster or other fish don't get a look in. If I feed once a day he starts looking at my cleaning crew for snacks, numerous amputations, havn,t bought shrimp yet in case they turn out to be expensive trigger snacks.

Very beautyfull this fish if i were you i would feed with cockels and meaty foods ie squid and would advise not to put hands in tanks as triggers have very powerfull jaws thats y in the wild they crush coral with ease so remember meaty foods

Sorry to say this really isnt a fish to be keeping with inverts, they naturally would be eating crabs and shrimps etc. Lovely fish but should be in a fish only system...
