14-05-2006 20:51 by Zoe	My convicts have been carefully tending to their eggs since they were laid on thurs evening, fanning them etc. there is two white ones (which i read means are dead ones) but rest look fine, does this mean they will hatch soon or could they still be no good ?
14-05-2006 21:07 by von	They should be ok but i would of thought they would of hatched by now, normally about three days, if they were dead they would probably eat them, are the eggs moving slightly? are you sure it's not just empty egg cases and they've moved the fry.
14-05-2006 23:04 by Zoe	No def not hatched yet, they're still fanning them etc, it's only just 3 days and i just read somewhere it can take 3-4 days so i'm hoping they're ok. We had a bit of a tank change around cause they killed their tankmates, and put them in a little 12" x 8" for a couple of days and they laid eggs ! not sure if ok to do water changes etc there's not evena filter cause it was meant to be a couple of days til big tank sorted.
