esha Exit is very good for whitespot. (tropical only) HAve u got tropical or marine? If its tropical go back and read through some of my threads where i wrote down a "recipe" to treat whitespot. |

As cleaner shrimp are marine I believe we are talking marine!
The best option is to remove all fish in to quarantine and treat them there with a copper based medication and then leave the main tank fish free for 2 months.
If this is not an option you can try esha oodinex I used this recently though and my sea urchin hated it so on this basis I would say it is not totally reef safe.
Avoid aquamedic exodin and a contributor on hear has had a disaster with it on a reef. |

Hi, i use "Waterlife Myxazin" in our marine/reef tanks and it usually does the trick, you do have to complete the course of treatment though (up to 2 weeks!) to kill all the stages of the parasite. |

Raise the temp slightly ( depending on corals ) lower the SG again subject to the corals and treat with either the Myxazin or Esha product depending on which your local shop has. Also Paraguard is good for all parasites. |
