Posted Best lighting confing in trigon 350

hi i have trigon 350 and as some will no it has 2 lighing units one smallere than the other should i but a marine blue in the back with a marine white and do the same for the front .. just some people say put the marine blues at the and the whites at the front

best is to have a play around with the lights and see what u find best!

I would modify the hood in order to have a 250 watt metal halide. Either way you are going to have to consider retrofit of T5's such as the arcadia I bars in order to keep corals.

Triplus in the very front, daylight plus in next row, then an actinic blue, then another tri plus I reckon, if you use reflectors I reckon you will get away with that. I wouldnt bother messing with modifying the top to take T5 for what you will gain. Not worth the hassle.
