Sorry to hear about that Dave. I know that feeling all to well, as i am sure do most of us on here. You cant keep fish without the odd tragedy. I hope your remaining fish pull through. |

hi Dave, Rob C
I dont know much about discus Dave, but it doesnt appear you have much choice at moment mate!
I guess the Kribs will be quite stressed, and they probably wont actually bother the discuss (guess), but perhaps Discus will be stressed from new arrivals.
All can do is keep an eye Dave, in the past in an emergency when i have moved one fish to another tank and they have not been compatible i have used a make-shift divider for a few days (usually a plastic condensation lid thing)
Let us know how you get on mate. Good luck. |

Give the kribs something to call home and they'll be a lot less trouble. How big is the tank? Discus can put up with a lot more than people give them credit for but a pair of krib looking for a territory may get aggressive and try to move the discus out. Be interesting to know how it works out so keep us posted |

A little tip, I have digital thermometers in my tanks they are only around a tenner to buy. They are battery operated but have an annoying alarm which goes off when ya set temps go below or over. I set my alarms slightly below what I would want but I also know if they did go off something is very wrong and it gives me time to sort out before losing live stock. |
