hello there .. can i use my 3 million 5 hundred thousand candle light power Torch on my marine aquarium .. it uses a halgon bulb and is very bright

not adviseable if your keeping corals as they dont come out as much

wrong light spectrum I suspect most non purpose built bulbs have far to much red light and bug all blue light.

The lighting is not just about how bright it is, but about the colour spectrum marines need as Alan has mentioned.
