deejdave it would have looked better on black sand... (hint hint)
Ive also changed the backing to plain black which looks good. Will post webbie a video and ask him to put it up. I dont think the photo's it much justice but with my decor in the lounge it goes in rather nicely, besides that my mates said to me it looked like a fish-racer.... get it??? w@nker lights.... |

wayne, yes it is two blue moon bulbs. i normally use one white and one blue but thoguht id try this setup... |

robert he is a silver dollar ive got a breeding pair of them in the tank.... pet name? none of my fish have names really... they are known as Mr Silver Dollar, Mr Clown Loach, Mr Plec....

hiya cll,ya say ya silver dollars are a breeding pair! have they actually spawned yet?if so what do we look out for ?only i got 6 biguns in 1 of my tanks and ive noticed a bit of head shaking and a shimmeying going on cheers |

im not good on silver dollars. but mine gets two blackspots on either side of them and swims around very fast and random in circles around each other. as far as i can tell the female is suppose to lay the eggs and the male fertilizes them midair when the eggs drops to the bottom.
now mine does the dance and things but so far i havent seen anything fall. and even if they do get to lay eggs my loaches will feast on it. |
