I did breed them but it wasn't intentional, accidental breeding. I didn't even realise till i saw the fry |

nothing special, two fish (male and female) put them in a tank and you will have babies |

i put mine in their own 2 ft but they have bred in my 36" mbuna community |

i had mine in an american cichlid tank as an emergency temporary measure and they bred, they were babies themselves at the time. |

I did, mainly because they were in with a lot of fish and i couldn't catch the buggers. I had lots of gaps in the rocks so plenty of hiding places, they were around 2 cm before i even spotted them |

I keep 5 males in a 6x2x2,3 females in a 50 gallon cube,when I want fry just put the females in then catch them out once they are holding(about one day lol),I had a group in a 48x18x18 and they also spawned no probs,both tanks are well stocked |

oh yea, the rocks are just limestone i "percured" from a local quarry |

rockoo easy as instant hot chocolate to breed these have 1 m 2 f for results lol i use ocean/tufa rock as it has lots of holes for the fry |
