hello there can anyone tell me if ive got cyclops in my discus tank they look like tiny water fleas mostly gather at the top of the waterline theyre about 1 millimetre maybe less can you help and are they harmfull to my discus if so how do you get rid of them cheers steve.

Cyclops tends to "move" in short jerky movements, a kind of stop start move.
Here's a pic of a cyclops to compare.
Without seeing what you have, it's difficult to give a guess but it's possible that these are planarium worms. Do they "stick" to the glass??

No, actually they are beneficial to your set up (in respective #'s) but proberbly too small for your Discus to feed upon. Not to say they won't attempt to eat them.
You proberbly introduced them with a bag of live food (Daphnia).
Overall I'd forget about them & leave them alone.
So they do look similar to my pic?
