Looks like a Copadichromissp to me. Not sure of the species looks a bit like chrysonotus. But there are quite a lot of described and undescribed species.
Females will be a bronzy, silver colour generally in this genus.

I was think Copadichromis chrysonatus juvenile it may be on the verge of getting its mature colouration the male is a stunning fish. I seem to recall the juveniles have a slight patch as the picky shows but if the spot is normally much darker you caould have a plearostigma this is a predominantly silver fish with a black spot just about where the black spot is on your fish. |

Could also be an otopharynx heterodon female my thinking with reagrds to the above still remains the copadichromis are fairly large haps attaining 20 cms with little difficulty given the right conditions. |
