Just bought a second hand 2228, came with sintered glass media....I have never heard of it, not much info on the web about it, certinally not for aquatic use, can someone out there let me know what it like and is it worth keeping?

sintered glass is a very common media its what ehfi substrat is made by eheim can you post a picky of the stuff might be able to id the manufacturer then. |

Its one of many interpet also make it and I suspect fluval do one to they all normally have a slightly different appearance. Hence being able to id it from a picky. |
