Wayne - I have had many a laugh with some of your comments, witty guy! I see you purposely spelt petition the wrong way, where's my spray can so I can sign the partition.
I dont go into the chat and I only access Aq.Classifieds through work. Therefore I have to be careful that any website is WORK FRIENDLY.
You have to see webmasters point here. There are only so many warnings webbie can hand out.
Its a different story when you send a text or e-mail to friends, but chat room is open for everyone to see, including kids. I was on a BBC forum recently, they screen all posts before they go on the website. Rightly so!
But for the sake of you guys I hope webbie brings back the chat facility.
So that will be...... for
Big Rob - give Rob C a chance, This being a forum entitles everybody to their opinion. Just trying to keep the peace |

Scrapping the chat room in its current guise was the only option the webmaster had after numerous warnings abuse continued and if he was recieving complaints lets be frank what choice did he have especially when you consider that this forum really is a business with all the advertising space sold to business and if the site gets a bad rep then people will want to disassociate themselves with the forum and end result will be loss of business.
The webmaster made a sound business decision equally a sound moral one considering kids freqquently come on this site.
The forum was great with out so it will remain one of the best about even with out the chat facility. |

Alan's dead right, the only advantage of the chat room was it most of the time kept the main idiots off the forum. We were just fine without it before |
