One of my lovely furry mushrooms has let go of the rock it was on. It was obviously unhappy and I don't blame it as its neighbour was always overlapping it and stealing the light.
I found it closed down in the back of the tank and after using a bit of airline as a vacuum cleaner and some patient treading through rockwork I managed to rescue it.
I loosely stuck it to a bit of rock with a rubber band and he swelled up again and looked half good at least, I thought he would be there long enough to get himself stuck to the rock, but I got up this morning and he's gone again. There was a gap of about 3mm under the band, so when he closed down for the night he must have been small enough to drop out.

Has anyone else had any luck with getting mushrooms to restick ?? What method did you try ??
