try the internet and do a search On CV or cirriculam vitae or whatever it is.
You find all you need, can even pinch someones CV and cut and paste etc
Beware of companies who charge for constructing your CV - no need its all out there on net. My CV comes from a mixture of CV's i stole from others on the net |

Hi Dave.
Steer clear of loads of colours (coloured paper is an absolute no-no). Stick to easy to read fonts (Arial or Times New Roman)and put all headings in bold. Put your name, central, in bold at the top in a much bigger size - it's the very first thing they'll see, and hopefully remember.
(Tip) In the first paragraph, say you happily work as part of a team but also enjoy using your initiative. (best of both worlds) Oh, and don't forget to mention that you "enjoy a challenge", you're "eager to learn new skills" - those two go down very well!!
Lastly, 'choose' hobbies/interests carefully.
eg - fishing could mean you're a loner, whereas fish keeping/breeding shows commitment.
Sorry to go on and on - hope some of it helps. Best of luck. |

Sally with all the respect in the world, i used to recruit staff for a national newspaper, and these comments like "enjoy a challenge" etc, you get sick of seeing them on CV's, they show very little imagination,
not having a go Sally, its just in my experience you have to careful about saying "the same old same old"
but at end of day like, depends on job Cook going for |
