18-07-2006 11:45 by keith t	u need power glo and u can still up the wattage with using t5s i was going by my lights which are 30w but they r 3ft, ihave 5 lights at 30w for 400ltr tank. u may be able to get 42w bulbs for t5 butsthats only guessing as i havnt looked into it for 4ft bulbs
