You know the test kits and how they have fresh/saltwater cards when testing for like ph lets say what would brackish be under????? i need to know if anybody would know.

I always though that PH is the same in both fresh & salt water although I may be wrong. I've seen different cards for reading nitrites,nitrates etc but never PH

buy the tablet test kit they are for trop/and marine , wouldnt worry about ph the salt will help buff it and get some coral gravel/sand and some ocean rock and it will be fine

Or better still buy a PH meter, they save a fortune on test kits that never seem give the same reading twice.

I use a fairly expensive continuous readout meter but it was well worth every penny. although cheaper models are available for around £20

The rock on the wood is just to hold it under water until it gets water logged to stay in place.
