I had a juwel rio 300 thats about 3years old and the silicone came loose on the front bottom lefthand corner. All braces were intact and no indication that it will happen but it happened at 23h45 at night.Lots off money down the drain and carpet. However i did send 2 e-mails to juwel and no reply whatsoever after 3weeks wich unforetuantely will make me very reluctant to buy juwel again.Anybody else had similar experience or can we call it a one off and for juwel abvouisly they dont want to know |

i got a rena tank that after 3 years started to bow, i contacted rena and they sent me another tank out even though it was out of guarantee. The new tank came with new xp3 filter and lights and 2 x 200w heaters all for absolutely nothing. The after sales service from rena is absolutely brilliant. I got my tank the same week delivered. |

i did invite juwel to fetch the tank and see why the silicone gave way on my second reply with no answer from them wich should make you aware from them if you think about the cost off outlay such a tank is.maybe we should try figure out wich company is the most reliable |

i cant recommend rena enough, expensive but if the aftersales are like that you cant fault them. I paid £1000 for all my tank i think and they gave me another all free after it bowed. No quibbles what so ever |
