hmmm they are called a green teror for a reason. i had one and you couldnt add a thing to the tank without it being beaten within a week. but as has been proved many times before some fish are fine with sharing a tank. you may get lucky. my advice would be to only buy fish on the provision you can return them if you need to. id also get fish the same size or bigger.. not that that will stop a GT but it'll give the other fish a chance if it all kicks off

my mate has 2 sevs, 2 biffs, an adult male oscar, syno catfish, and gt, alls well and has been for some time

i had 2 green terrors with an oscar, one was fine and the other fought badley with the oscar and often turned on the other gt, but he never had a go at the parrot fish. its never going to be 100% its a matter of luck sometimes

my relative had a jd a pair of oscars tiger barbs and gold saum all about 8" besides the barbs and all was fine

I ask myself this ....Why do you us fish keepers want to mix different breeds.......
why not keep just the green terror happy without any war/blood shed

robert.p i dont want my 6 foot tank just dedicated to 1 fish but i know what u mean with what u r saying. thats why if posted this question to see other peoples suggestions and experience so there r not any wars in the tank.

bifasciatum, vieja i think. My terror is in a 6ft with temporale, dempsey and pearsi. All ok so far

I would look into the Vieja group, they are certainly not garenteed to work, but most are not too bad:

Argentea, bifasciatum, synspilum, zonatum, regani are all nice fish.

I would avoid fenestratums as they ca be quite nasty.
