13-10-2006 08:57 by JOHANSWAN	i bought this trickle filter on e-bay from a shop(marine)trading as nickydeefish from liverpool.received the filter broken to bits and fool what i am believed the man an thought he will refund me.this was on the 4 august and i am still waiting for compensation and now the man wont even answer my e-mails so beware there are scammers everywhere who will take you for a ride if possible

13-10-2006 10:05 by JOHANSWAN	it was made off perspex but after numerious e-mails i received one just now that nickydeefish said he will refund me altough when i sell i always send off with insurrance for replacement off new product in case such a thing happen will keep yous up to date i did contact the courier company but they refuse to deal with me will only deal with seller
13-10-2006 10:31 by keith t	if you payed by paypal, report it to them. they will freeze what you payed for it from his account untill it is sorted. if he still refuses paypal will look into the issue and decide who is right and wrong. if they decide he is liable you will get your money back whether he likes it or not as they will take it out of his account. i have my own ebay shop and am a power seller. ebay always takes the customers side.
13-10-2006 11:45 by samy	i bought 4 externals of him about six months ago and they seemed ok i just think its a chance of bad luck. well i bought a part for my bike on ebay from an itillian seller in italy as soon as i payed him he was no longer a seller with ebay wont reply to emails or anythink, now thats bad cost be 60 quid!

13-10-2006 14:00 by JOHANSWAN	the courier company is citylink and they told me they dont insure packages but i will give nickydeefish the change to came clean as he e-mailed me this morning claiming he will refund me and try to get his money back but no money received yet have to wait and see but reckon he must change his courier company as it is over 60days and no payout yet.
