from the feedback I have had - yes. a 200w will be fine - as they are inline the wattage can be a bit lower than you would normally choose.

iv got a juwel 300w on it at the mo, that seems fine.
just brought a fluval 405 filter tho so should like to remove the heater from the tank aswel.
need the temp at 28 deg c tho
