22-10-2006 20:58 by tomdoc	ho there i have a regal tang which i have had for about 6 months now and it is still the same size as when i brought it bout 3 inches or less ... when i brought this fish my lfs had just put the same sized one in there display tank i returned 2 day after 6 months and there one has grown ... y has mine not ??

23-10-2006 09:23 by Alan	Could be diet related do you feed nori as well as frozen foods or do you just feed flake. Also if there is a higher turnover in the fish shops tank the will be greater available oxygen which also results in more rapid growth. Personally I wouldn't be to bothered if it is stuck at 3" long as tangs can get quite big.

23-10-2006 14:51 by Alan	Try feeding some frozen feeds as well such as artemia or get some seafood mix from your local supermarket chuck it all in a blender and then put it into an ice cube tray and freeze it there you have a rather nice fresh frozen food. Don't blend it to much you want chunky bits in it if it goes like liquid you have over done it.
