24-10-2006 10:11 by JOHANSWAN	you not gonna win the only way is to have electronic ballast wich can take a dimmer wich will cost tell you what i did though placed frogbit plants that runs on surface in my tank and they give a shade from light only hiccup is they grow like mad and i had to remove half every week to have some light in tank but a well planted tank with surface plants is best for dicus and they love it
