27-10-2006 20:37 by Michael C	ok i got my nitrate down from over 160 to 20ppm. how cani get it down further ? Nitrate sponge from Kent ? any1 used this and did it use ? Further water changes - craig could you please let me know when you are on line.

27-10-2006 21:29 by Michael C	I found out because i added two tunze pumps it blew all the sh1t out the rocks causing a nitrate spike. Still two high at 20 i think so any ideas?
