micheal you shoudl try to get your tank balanced before adding more stuff to it every time u add something it can raise nitrate i have nitrate prob at min i know what prob is so i am not adding anything till i get it to were i want it to be and i have to get min 10kg live rock to do it all you are going to do in long run is stress any stock you add to tank and possibly it will die adding clams tp your tank when nitrates 20ppm not good idea what calcium level as clams need this to build there shells |

michael why dont you just relax a bit (take the CAPS off for starters), why dont you just forget all this marine stuff and try trops or coldwater you dont get all this aggro, PLUS you get to keep some fish that may have been tank bred rather than salt-water fish WHO REALLY (lets face it marine lovers) should not be in our living rooms, but SHOULD be in sea |

cichlid marine are moving all the time towards tank breed look at corals now alot are freged and some marine fish are now tank breed i always see tank breed clowns for sale now marines if set corect and rules follwed can be rewarding trust me be there before with all types of filters and not alot of succes nnow with the live rock method alot more succes not only for me but alot of other marine folks |

no fair enough craig if everyone stuck to frags and tank bred clowns i wouldnt mind so much but most marine people keep salt water fish that have actually been caught from the oceans (the sea) |

|
alot of tropical fish keepers keep fish that have been wild caught aswell. |
