have tried a copperband to no avail introduced it to my tank very slowly to avoid any distress. it swam about happy for a while then just hid in corner of tank for a cple of days then passed away. |

Peppermint shrimp lysmata wurdemanni are more easily available and are generally pretty good. But not great if it is a realy heavy infestation.
It would be worth contacting STM though to see if they have any

STM would recommend the shrimps or the copperband the berghia are very hard to get hold of and very difficult to ship althouigh I have read they are very easy to breed but they are so efficient at eating aiptasia you may end up having to farm aiptasia to keep them alive.
Going mob fashion with lysmata wurdemanni is the best answer make sure you are getting what you pay for though STM will supply you with the correct shrimps I had a heavy infestation in my 55 gallon reef and 3 shrimps dealt with it but they won't do much for about 3 weeks they also require pristine water and very careful aclimatisation 3 hours min of bringing the water in the shipping bag to match that of the tank when settled they are quite hardy the only unfortunate thing is you will rarely see them. |

The berghia are small to and most fish will eat them. |
