if they hatch grow them on and then sell as many as you can. we need more cross-bred fish they make the hobby more interesting

Cross breeds are bad, either cull the young or keep a few but don't pass them on.

Yes it is very likely that they can produce young - the young might well be fertile as well.

Synspilium has been used to create some flower horn strains, so its quite likely.

Of course you need to decide what to do with the fry. Obviously label them as hybids if you sell them. But bare in mind that 2-3 years one the original seller may try to sell them on as purebred which could get back into the local breeding stock.
