Yes sajica will be fine in a 125. But I would not keep any other cichlids with them, not enough room to support their territories. I would suggest:

Congo tetras, oddessa barbs, rainbow fish, danios, for mid water/ top swimming fish. And smaller plecs and pims like pictus for the lower levels (though they might eat the eggs if you have any)

thanks paddy how many pictus could i go with? and would i be alright with a columbian bristlenose?

Probably 4 pictus would be a good number and bristle nose would be fine.
