Could anyone tell me what these small brown cell like things are that seem to have taken up residence on my marine plants/corals? They seem to move around on them are they harmful?

sound like copepods they are goodies if you have alot try a mandarin blenny to keep em down in numbers |

Flat worms are more than likely what they are nut cant be sure without a better explanation?
