on all my tanks, when i want a background i get sum large pieces of paper and paint them instead of the back of the tank because then u can change the background if you dont like the colour hth |

you can paint your tank in a normal gloss or matt paint if you want it permanant or id buy the stick on backgrounds that need washing up liquid to fix. they are very good
neddless to say most of mine are rad backgrounds too |

Put washing up liquid on your tank and it crystalises to the glass, nightmare to get off, done it with window tints in the past...
I advise to use water only, just spray a mist on the glass and slide on... no need for washing up liquid!!!
As far as paint is concerned i wouldn't even entertain it, once its painted its a nightmare to get off, and like the majority of other fish keepers you'll only want to change it over time! |

Kieth i've had the longest 8 weeks of my life, let me start....deep breath.....
Well you know my little Saxo VTS which is (was) bored out to a mother ******, well sitting at 115mph on the motorway, smelt smoke, slowed down to 70mph...engine blew....
In the fast lane as well, so i've had no car, just bought a 2.2 MK 4 Astra SRI, 180BHP, she's a beast!! got her saturday.... and she's staying standard this time!
Anyway, after the engine blew and all camshafts and pistons had melted to the head from the heat, the saxo was off course i right off...
So, to make myself feel better i decided to go out on a session with the boys, got absolutely steaming, and picked up a nice bit of glandular fever from some1 in town, so been at deaths door for 4 weeks...first week back at work this week mate!
To top it all off, Elissia has got colic, so sleepless nights and sh!!ty nappies are pretty much my life at the mo....
Not had the time or energy to come on mate!

Keith if it had gone a junction before i was touching 135mph, i'd just had all the ecu chipped and remapped, she was pushing 200bhp, devostated i was... I dont think i would have been upset as much even if our lass had left me.... to see her get dragged away with a scortched bonet was like losing a child.. Horrible, my mate turned white, as it popped it threw the bonet up so i was driving looking through a tiny gap and got on the shoulder through driving on the mirrors...
Ill show u a pic of what she used to like, she was my baby...
Saying that the astra is fast just no prod bottom end, Saxo was awesome on acceleration....

Sorry Webbie, Gone off topic i know but me and Keith both have a love for fast vehicles, thought i'd share with him...
Promise i wont put a pic up of the lump which used to be sat up front, to be honest Keith in some ways i'm glad the engine blew, she would have killed me if not..
Wouldn't like bending a Saxo at 135mph!
