01-12-2006 19:09 by webmaster	locate where your picture is stored on your PC. then use the browse button (just above the submit button) which will look into your computer. select the picture you want to upload, and submit. you need to have some text in the 'reply text' box. most problems are caused by too large pictures (so use the 'resize pics' link) or wrong format (need to by jpg, jpeg, png or gif).
