Once the live rock is in over a few weeks gradually remove more and more of the media in the canisters until they are running empty. With this amount of live rock I would be aiming for a total in tank water turnover rate of 28,500 lph this is just over 40 times the tank volume every hour I would try and do this using 4 stream pumps 2 in the top back corners pointing at the opposite front corner and 2 close to the bottom aiming along the back of the tank. Also consider using a racking system this will reduce detritus build up.
