Tom buy some noori seaweed from your local japanese deli it is very cheap .then go to the market and buy cockles and whelks and prawns ,blend all this together and freeze .This works out much better than you get in the shops ,dont use cabbage or lettuce. |

i have been using nori and cockles prawns ect and lettuce |

lettuce isnt good for marine fish spinach is good though my tangs eat loads of it you just need to dip it in boiled water for twenty secs or so to soften it up |
