ANENOME CAUGHT IN PUMP |

hi and happy new year 2 all,1 of my anenomes got caught in a circulation pump and it took me an hour & half 2 cut it out hes still moving around but the stem has got whiteish blobs all round the part that was caught will this be ok? or will it be fatel! any help please. |

Have you got something that you could put in your tank to float it in, a floating breeding tank? That way any other tank mates might not be tempted to attack it.
If it does die, remove it asap as they quickly cantaminate the tank.
Bit late but make sure ALL pump intakes are covered.

I've heard of this before, but they usually don't survive but you might get lucky. |

They can survive it if the water quality is spot on and the lighting is sufficient but do watch it carefully the moment it looks dead fish it out. |

seeks ok wonderd around the tank all day yesterday and been out all day 2day,fingers crossed it will be ok.thanks for all ur help.
