05-01-2007 16:33 by hungrygoldfish	I just set up my Eheim 2026 and it's not pumping water back into the tank, it's receiving water fine enough...actually it did pump water back into the tank for a little while but then it stopped. The ball thing isn't rising (the thing underneath the exit for the out-take tube) either. Hope this makes sense! What could be the problem?

05-01-2007 22:04 by Linda Chenapa	Yes sounds like air trapped, try turning it off then on again and then give it a good shake, or it could be you haven't got the pipes connected fully, make sure that they are locked in tight. If that doesn't work, take up paul's offer!
