Does anyone know where i can get some hole saw cutters as i want to drill my tanks i couldnt find anything on ebay.

I tried that paul but it broke the glass and i told the misus that a sledge hammer was too heavy use a club hammer.

Try asking you lfs, they may have one you can borrow.



If not, the problem with marking the spot with an X is you should use a O as that is the type of hole you want, also use a ladies shoe not a hammer. A hammer is for knocking screws in, I thought all ladies knew that? And no, not a screw driver, they are for getting lids off things.

i use a tile cutter from b and q i think the one i used was about £12 and so far its cut 6 holes

Thanks guys found the right bit from the link wayne put on its called 365 drills very helpfull bloke and you do not have to drill either side of the tank just straight through.

it was just a cramic tile hole cutter, is just got electro plated diamonds. it may have been even cheaper than that but its in the drill bits section.

28mm cutter for £18 ,there are cheaper ones but i will be doing quite a few and if anyone wants to use after just let me know.
