Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to work out what size ecosystem would be needed to run a 200g marine tank?
Thank you

I'm not sure if there is any formula you can follow as all reef tanks are so different and stocked so differently. I would go as big as you can you can't go wrong then and the extra water volume would do the world of good.

Cheers, also going to add a refugium tank, 3X3, going to run this, with live sand and live rock, from my surface skimmer and have the return to the sump. Need to have a think about preventing overflow, probably will install an overflow pipe, again to the sump.
