convicts - is it your tank? If it is, how on earth did you get the fish to stay still enough to count them |

01-02-2007 22:10 by convicts

02-02-2007 00:21 by Linda Chenapa

convict tell us you didnt buy all those fish trade and asume they wouldnt be over stocked ??
when i bought my 36x15x12 i was told a maximum total body length of 36" this could be 18 plattys at 2"!!!
from what i remember it's not the depth of a tank that determins the stock but the actual surface area ....a tank that is 24"x18"x12"deep would hold alot more fish than a 24x18x12... |
02-02-2007 15:56 by robert.pope
|
that should have read 24x12x18......the guidlines given to me can be pushed a bit as you have bottom ,middle and surface swimming fish ............all your fish listed are middle -upper swimmers
h t h !
