don a waterchange with cold r/o water that should trigger them off to spawn if they are a pair

It may take them a little while if it is their first time, a few week to a month is not that unusual. A waterchange may help trigger them, also you might want to check to pH as they may not lay success fully if you have alkaline water - try and get it below 7 and softish.

My uncle has two angels that have paired off and their cleaning up an internal juwel filter box and they look ready to spawn as their vents are out.
